RESEARCH
We research potential matches based on the information available to us. A suitable supplier or product may not always be available
INTRODUCTIONS
If a suitable potential match is identified, Novignota may introduce the businesses so they can communicate directly
TRANSACTIONS
After an introduction, buyers and suppliers decide whether to proceed and agree their own prices, terms, contracts, shipping, payment and other transaction details
FEES
Any referral commission or other fee connected with an introduction is agreed separately with the relevant party
LIABILITY
Novignota provides research and introductions, but does not guarantee that a match will lead to an agreement or successful transaction. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded
CHANGES
These Terms may be updated when the service changes. The current version will be published on this page
